• Only authorized persons will be allowed to use the accommodation if otherwise, the agency reserves the right to refuse access
  
• Animals are not permitted in apartments or villas.
  
• After making the reservation, the client should send a deposit of 40% of the total price, if the payment is not made by the stipulated date, the reservation will be cancelled.
  
• The arrival will be on Saturday from 17:00h and always in office opening times (17:00h- 19:00h), and the departure on Saturday before 10:00h in the morning.
  
• If the accommodation is not occupied in the 24 hours following the arrival date, and without previous notice, the reservation will be cancelled and Ecomar will be able to use the accommodation and the deposit forfeited.
  
• On the arrival, it will be requested a cash deposit indicated in the rent contract, which will be returned to the client on departure if there are no damages in the accommodation. (The departure will be made in the office opening time).
  
• If there is any anomaly or deficiency in the lodgings the client should notify it to Ecomar within 48 hours. Under no circumstances will claims be considered after the tenant has left the lodging.
  
• The Ecomar Agency reserves the right to inspect the property during the office opening tine or at any other reasonable time of day.
  
• In case of cancellation, the client will lose the amount paid on account as following:
  - More than 25 days before arrival: 30%
  - From 24 to 15 days before arrival: 50%
  - From 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100%
